Yoga classes are open to anyone ages 14+. Have a younger student who wants to practice yoga? Send us a message!
With a heightened awareness of sanitation, we ask that you please bring your own yoga mat, and light set of dumbbells (1-5lbs) to class with you. If you do not have these, no worries! All are welcome and you will still have a great class!
